A few months late on this...but has Square thought about providing three months free or something?

Changing payroll can be a big undertaking and stress since you're literally messing with peoples income and how its paid out. While I don't have staff, if I did, I'd be much more apt to try a new service with such a sensitive service if I got to test it a few times first! Assuming all goes well, I'd already be sticky with the software and much less likely to switch back.

While we haven’t specifically offered three months free, your suggestion makes sense. Testing the service beforehand can certainly help build trust and comfort with the process.
