For one pay period earlier this month tip sharing worked perfectly. Now one day an Team member is eligible then next day that member becomes ineligible. I edit it but next bday it changes back. Yesterday one team member was made inactive without my doing. I have contacted Square Payroll and am assured that the engineers are fixing it. Still no luck. It has become extremely frustrating.
Same problem here, it happened first time a couple of months ago then it worked fine until this last payroll. All employees labeled as sales was suddenly not tip eligible half way into the pay period. I had to manually change their shifts and turn on tip for every shift. Called support but they said they never heard of the issue before even though I spent over an hour on the phone with them last time it happened.
This is kinda funny, I’ve had this issue several times now, every time I call them about it they say they’ve never heard of this issue before. It just happened now on the last payroll of the year. I have to go into every shift and turn on tip eligibility, only on the sales position, all others are working fine. Very frustrating, the support people treat you like an idiot and deny that anything is wrong.
