My money was not sent to my bank account

My money was not sent to my bank account. This happened months ago and I've been emailing and talking to square over the phone and I never get helped and I always get ghosted. They ALWAYS tell me they will call me back or email me back and that never happens. I've talked to my bank and they said they need an indemnity form from square but square said they can't do that but they also can't help me in any other way. Please someone just help me.
