My employee isn’t showing up in the Group message

I added a new employee and usually they all show up as added to the group message but my new employee doesn’t show up or have access to the GM.

Hey @DM9.  New team members are not automatically added to any existing conversation.  You’ll need to add them to any conversations manually.  Keep in mind that after you do this, they still will not be able to see previous messages, only new ones that happen after they are manually added to the conversation.
