Moving an employee to another state

I have been working with Square payroll for over a month regarding changing a work address from one state to another.  Originally they said it would only take 3-5 business days but it has been much longer and still not resolved.  How can I get them to help quicker, before the EOY information is needed?

Hey there @chb1.. Unless I'm missing something, we don't need support to be involved in this process.  On our web dashboard > Staff > Payroll > Business Info, we can add as many business locations as we wish for payroll purposes.  Then, all you need to do is edit the employee, go to the Payroll tab > Employment.  In the Employment Details section, you can change the Work Address to the correct address.

An employee has moved mid year to one of our locations in another state.  According to Square they have to delete all the payroll records for this year, allow me to change the work location, then I have to reenter the paycheck information.  Some of the records have been deleted but there are still 10 or so left.  The other state work locations do not appear until all the employee's paychecks are deleted.  This has been going on for 2 months.  Square originally said it would take 3-5 business days.  How can I get this escalated?  When I call customer service I get many different answers from different people.  I'm nervous with EOY coming this won't be completed in time for W2s.
