Looking to Create Different Department (FOH BOH) Schedule?

I would like to be able to have 1 schedule but be able to group it into two so I can print one for FOH and one for the BOH?  Or be able to view it as FOH and BOH groups.  Is this possible?

Solution

Hi @chandra2.  As long as you use “jobs” for departments when you set up your team members, you can do this.  Put FOH team members in the job “FOH” and BOH in their own.  Then when you are viewing the schedule on your dashboard, to the right of the date range, where it says “x team members,” you can click on that and display your schedule by jobs instead.  See screen shot below.
