Is there a way to pay a stylist different commission for different services

Hello, I manage a salon and have a hairstylist that makes 50% commission for regular services. She also does braiding, I would like to pay her a higher commission for this service. Does anyone know a work around for this?

We manually calculate and payout our service providers due to this reason. This requires us to review every appointment, which is time consuming.
