Inviting a team member who already has a square account with another group.

I have invited a team member to take orders on my square account but she already has an account with another group attached to her email. On the POS app she cannot switch accounts so she is selling under the proper account. She only has access to the team account through the team app and desktop which does not allow her to take sales.

@Troop41003 The easiest way around this is to set up a second e-mail and use for the different account.  If she doesn't want to fool with 2 e-mail accounts per se, she can just have the 2nd account automatically forward all e-mails to the main account like an alias or set up a forwarding rule.  There are tons of free e-mail services for things like this.  I manage my own private domain through gsuite, so if your company has e-mail you could just set her up one that way.  I do this also sometimes when I am hiring to have a separate e-mail for each campaign or providers to track where I get contacts.

 

But, this would be the fastest way around all of that.  The team permission log in should let her still take payments without entering her information.  If you want her to have dashboard access, you may be getting into the realm of team management and need teams plus to have that.
