I only want my employees to use the employee discount twice a month. How do I set this up in square?

I created an employee discount for my employees in square but do not want them to get carried away with it. I told the employees that they are limited to two employee discounts a month. Am I able to enforce this rule in square so that I do not have to track it myself?

@VapeDaddyLLC If you use a website, I would set up a coupon code with the discount and limit it to 2 uses and just have them order off the website and use the coupon code that has limited uses.  If you have 5 employees you could set up a coupon code for each one with 2 uses (I am assuming it's a 100% style discount).

This would do 2 things..track it easily, and test your website.  It even makes it a familiar thing for your employees.

Even if you don't, you could set up a quick free site and have them still order from there just import your item catalog.
