Hey there @gzahony. After doing a little digging, it seems that this MIGHT be possible under a certain limited set of circumstances. First, I have a couple of questions to fill in the blanks from the information you did not include in your post.
- Is the EIN for your business (the one that Square uses to report card processing information to the IRS) correct? Or is that one wrong, also?
- Has the IRS issued you a different EIN for payroll purposes, which usually happens when you change your business structure?
- Have you been using Square Payroll under the old/incorrect EIN? If so, for how long?
