How not to put credit card tips on paycheck?

My servers cash their credit card tips out at the end of each shift, how can I take them off my payroll, so they are not getting them paid to them twice? 

I have followed all of the steps and tips in FAQ section, yet it is still showing that their paychecks will include their credit card tips again.

Hi @Butcher2 ; in the tip importing settings, you should be able to set the Tip Payout method to cash / tips already paid
