I've called many time and it is saying my account is deactivated for some reason when my boss Cleary pays. I need some support on how I can edit my email notifications that my clients receive when an appointment is booked. I read the step of other threads of other people having the same problem, but it makes no difference. I need to put the address in the email/text notifications.
Did you try chatting thru their support chat option? Are you sure you're logging into the right account?
