Square will be discontinuing access to HR Experts by Mineral, beginning November 14, 2025.
Square Payroll subscribers previously had complimentary access to a limited set of resources as part of their subscription. Alternatively, you may have subscribed to HR Experts for the full set of services. After November 14, 2025 HR Experts will no longer appear in your Square Dashboard, subscription billing will cease, and saved materials will no longer be accessible through Mineral’s website.
If HR Experts has been a valuable resource for your business, we encourage you to download any materials you’d like to keep before November 14. This may include handbooks, forms, policies, or letters you’ve created or saved in Mineral. After that date, these items will no longer be available.

Q3: What will happen to my subscription? If you are subscribed to HR Experts by Mineral, your final bill will be issued on Nov 1, 2025. Your subscription will be cancelled on Nov 14, 2025 and you will no longer have the option to resubscribe.
