Hi Just trying to figure out why I can't change the deadline to be 2 days before payroll is do it says not eligible? I have had payroll with square for 2 years I don't understand why I can't change the deadline to 2 days before payroll.
Hi @sacredheart926 - I definitely want to look into this further.
What happens when you follow these steps?
Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Staff > Payroll.
Select Pay schedule.
Fill out your pay period details, such as pay frequency, day of the week, next pay date, and deadline to run payroll.
Select Save to view your updated pay period settings.
Are you getting an error message?
Have you ever had any issues with your bank? I used to have a 2 day and then had to do a quick turn around so I was going to pay my team via Zelle (manual check in the system). But then forgot to hit manual check so square did an ACH after I had already sent the Zelle. So that messed it up and it's put me back to 4 days prior. That would be my only guess as to why you can't change it?
I don't get an error message it tells me that I am not eligible to have it connected through plaid with my bank account its been going on 3 years now
