Hi @drpcken. I had to check it out myself, but it seems that you are not missing anything. Commissions seem to be all or nothing, right now. I checked the commission structure setup in Team, and I checked the item definitions. It seems that all I can suggest is that you head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Staff & Payroll Team. This will get the ball rolling for evaluation and eventually a decision about whether or not they want to add this to a future product roadmap.
