Hello,
I want to change the Email address for one for our staff members.
However I get Message saying "Email is already assigned".
It is not assigned to any of our Staff members - is there somewhere else in Square where it might be used? It is our Default company email address, it may have bee used when configuring Square, but I can't fund it anywhere.

@Rob_Salsman I would go to square and try to log in with the email address and hit forgot password to see if that gives you any insight. Generally once an email is assigned, only the person with the email can change it. You can contact customer service, but email addresses are tough to change in my experience.

Good idea to check the password. Turns out the email address was assigned to our original Square account from when we had a small operation years ago. Logged in, changed the email, good to go. Thanks Donnie!
