Bug report: Teams Scheduling Tutorial

Every single time I go into my staff scheduling in Square Teams, it runs through the tutorial, doesn't matter which device or browser. 

 

I've looked for a debug id but I can't find one to share.

Hi, @lazydaisies ! 

 

The Teams Scheduling tutorial should only run the first time (or after certain resets), so seeing it every single time is not expected behavior. I have escalated this but I need a few details as well so things move faster. A couple of quick things to try: - If you’re using a web browser, try in a regular (non‑incognito) window and make sure your browser isn’t clearing cookies or site data automatically for Square.- If you’re using the Square Teams mobile app, try fully closing and reopening the app, and if you’re comfortable, log out and back in once.I’m also sharing your account details with our internal team so we can investigate this as a potential bug specific to your account. Can you also answer :- Whether this happens on web, the Teams app, or both- Approximate date/time (with timezone) you last saw the tutorial start againso I can include that in our report to engineering.

Thanks for your quick response! 

 

- I can confirm I an not in incognito mode and my browser (chrome) is not clearing cookies automatically. 

- This only happens when I use the web version, not on Teams app (i find it quite annoying to set the schedule with Team app, happy to get on a product discovery call to discuss this!) I do sometimes use the web app on my phone/ipad (using safari) and it happens there as well. 

- The last tutorial I saw would have been Friday the 13th probably between 10am-12pm EST if I had to guess.
