If an employee has an existing account with square, whether that be from enother employer, or if theyve used Square for themselves, they cannot join your Team. I've had 2 employees have to create email addresses to join our Team. While this is a simple workaround, it took time to figure it out as the error messaging is shoddy.

I completely understand the frustration on this workaround too. It's could be improved.
If you have some time, could you reach out to our CS Team directly? They will be able to gather some information to make sure it isn't a bug and file a ticket with our engineers.
