Assign tips from payment links

We're offering Advent calendars to customers via a payment link. The tip is being assigned to whoever is clocked in at the moment which is how it typically should work. Is there a way to assign these tips elsewhere? I'm distributing them to the group who is helping put these boxes together and not to who is logged in at the time since they're not doing the work.

@schemjo This is currently something that you will have to calculate in a spreadsheet, and then manually update in payroll after you've imported timesheets and tips for the week.  There is no mechanism in Square at the moment.

Just checking to see if there's a better way that this method:

1. Look up each employees clock in timeframe and look for tips associated with the calendars. 
2. Jot down total tips and then the advent tips so I know what to subtract later. 
3. Repeat this for every shift.
4. Start payroll and remove all of the imported tips.
5. Manually enter the tips earned each shift from above calculation
6. Take total advent calendar tips and apply those to the team assembling them.

Any better way than that?
