Hello! Have had a heck of a time with the transition to Vestwell. I got it all figured out but one employee has a 401k loan. I have the old ganishment set up so it is withdrawn from the paycheck. But, Vestwell is not taking the payment when they automatically take payment for the other contributions. I have been having to log in and submit that payment manually each week. Vestwell CS said:
"At this point, the next step would be to confirm with Square that the loan repayment pay code is set up correctly on their side and that it is being treated as the proper 401(k) loan repayment deduction for the integration."
She said to contact Square to fix the issue, not sure who to contact other than to post here.
