Just Yesterday when a sale was made on a Square Stand with Square for Retail, it would ask or show the 3 types of Receipts, Text, Email or Print. Now when a Transaction is complete it is ready for another transaction. I have no idea if an electronic receipt was sent or if I need to print one. Most of my customers do not need a receipt but FT Receipt and as we no there are no details or pricing on a GIFT Receipt.
So my Question is where did Square Move the Screen options to enable disable to ASK what type of receipt the customer wanted? Square for Retail 6,22,2 These are the things that are REALLY Annoying with Square Updates that change settings and us business owners have no idea what changed or how to get these settings back!!

Another thing I just noticed Before you could tap in the upper right to open the Cash Drawer, where did this go? I just went to do that to take cash down for a deposit and the Open Cash drawer button is gone. I assume it got moved or is in a setting somewhere also. Would show up as a No Sale in the reports. Now along with the Cash Drawer I am seeing I have No Cash Drawer but when I press Other Cash Drawers I see 2 cash Drawers. Now my Cash Drawer is controlled by my Star Receipt Printer not USB. Now again we are going to have to figure out what Squares Design team has changed and moved to learn so then WE can retrain our employees because functions get moved, and renamed. Employees get trained and then when something changes they come at us the business owners and we have no idea about these changes because as you see in Notifications for Updates all it says is now we can do Bundles. How did that effect Cash Drawers????? Make me a SETTING THAT I CAN UPDATE SECURITY FEATURES ONLY!!!!! and if we need to make changes or update for a feature at least we business owners can look and learn How to use it before being forced to do it.
Pictures below show No cash Drawers and then 2 cash Drawers...... I only have 1 Cash drawer that is controlled by 1 Printer. This is why I have 2 stands one called Cash and CC and the other is CC only.... that way the 1 cash drawer stays counted correctly since Square could not keep 1 drawer counted for 2 POS stations.... unless this helped with that. But where are the instructions for this feature and how to use it??? Is my Receipt Printer a Cash Drawer now since it controls the cash Drawer but my Printer somehow shows up as my Android Cell in devices now.
