Item fulfillment changes not updating on website

Hi All, 

 

First time poster here!

We've got a physical store and Square POS, and we finally got our website up and running a month ago, however we just noticed that a lot of our inventory wasn't marked as 'Shipping' or 'Pick up', only 'Local Delivery' (It must have been the standard fulfilment option when we first started, which we did change but it obviously didn't carry through to the older stock). 

 

After going through almost 500 items and manually selecting the Shipping and Pick up options for those items that hadn't been selected, we've noticed that only some items have updated on our website, but not all? However, when we go into the items that haven't updated on the website they do have the correct fulfilment options selected? 

 

Has this happened to anyone else? Does the website just take a while to update for some items? Other items seem to have updated straight away so I'm a bit confused. We've also tried to re-publish the website but still no luck.

While the Square Online inventory may take a bit to Sync up (10-30 minutes worst case scenario). If you are still experiencing this I will recommend reaching out to our support team when you have a moment so they can take a closer look at this situation.
