When I type my business website into a message it adds a second line that has my old business name. Why?  Adding a pic of what it does:

Hi @MelissaTh.

Ignore that first reply of mine.  I misunderstood your problem.  Apologies.

That is an odd problem.  Did you use that paparazziaccessories.com URL for your old business name?  It still seems to be an active website, so I’m curious if you still own it.

If you did used to use that in Square Online or Weebly, it looks like there is some setting that might still have it around.  I’m going to noodle around the Square Online and Weebly settings to see if I can find it and point you to it.

It might take a while.

Hi @MELISSATH 👋 I also wanted to hop on here to see if I can help @THEREALCHIPA out with this as well.

Did you ever have that domain forwarding to the Paparazzi website? I'm not seeing anywhere in your SEO settings where it should be connected to that website, but it could be a simple cache issue.

Can you try republishing your website to see if that helps remove the older URL?

Can you also please clarify where you are sending this message? Is it a text message, or a message through something like Face Messenger?
