Item sales report

Is there a way for me to run a report for a specific item for a specific time period? I want to see how much of XXX item I have sold daily. I can find how to get a category sales but it will not let me break it down further.

Hi Divide,

Square does offer a lot of canned reports that satisfy the needs of most people however, when you have something specific in mind as we sometimes do, we rely on Exporting a Report to a CSV file - the reason is the exported info contains much more info (fields) than the canned reports.  We then use Excel to manage the data for our needs.  For example, you can go to the Item Sales report, select a date range and then Export (far right icon on the screen), select Detail CSV, download the file, from there you can use Excel to get the data you need.
