We used to have our online order tickets printed the moment the order was created and that worked great. I have seen in another trail that someone else had similar issue, but it seems to have been resolved for them. For us it is still not printing the orders when they are created.
In fulfillment configuration i have it marked to "print order tickets when the order is placed"
In the printer profile i have the "online order tickets" turned on.

Let's see if we can get this working for you again. Can you let me know a bit more about your setup - what app are you using on your device (e.g. Square Point of Sale, Square Restaurants)? Additionally, what hardware are you using in store?
Since you have already configured your Square Online Fulfilment settings to "Print order tickets when the order is placed", and you've enabled the option in your Printer Profile to "Use this printer for online & kiosk order tickets", let's ensure that your Printer Profile has been correctly assigned to the relevant printers.
To do this, follow the below steps:
1. Open your point of sale app.
2. Tap ≡ More > Settings > Hardware > Printers.
3. Tap Profiles and select an existing printer profile.
4. Tap Edit next to Linked printers.
5. Select a connected printer and tap Connect new printer.
6. Tap Save.
If your online order tickets still aren’t printing, I’d recommend the following next steps:
1. Restart your POS device to refresh the system.
2. Check for any available updates for the Square app and install them if needed.
3. Once updated, reopen the app and test again to see if the issue persists.

Yes, yes, and yes to all of the above. Be patient and make sure that you only have one printer profile set to print your online and kiosk orders. If you have other in-person devices, give them a different printer profile to only print your in-person orders.
