My square mobile app is not reporting any sales. It is showing transactions just not sales. My register is showing sales and sales reports. I've uninstall the app, logged out and back in. I stopped the app from running and still nothing. Anyone ever run into this before?
Have you checked the app for updates? Is your phone connection working properly? I will sometimes run into issues with the app on my phone when my data service is acting wonky.
Same issue here. Updated the app, and poof* reports no longer work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing.

When you say reports no longer work do you mean the section of the app is not working or no data is displayed? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error?
As you see below, the report page says no transactions, although the transaction page does have transactions. It's been like that for at least 2 weeks and I don't understand why it takes so long to fix.
To clarify, I tried:
using different dates/weeks/months
clearing cache/data
uninstalling and reinstalling
installing the beta app
Still empty reports.
@TommerI saw something in your screenshot that may be key here...the second line says "This device only". So maybe there is a setting that your phone or whatever is running your app is set to ONLY show sales or transaction on that device only. So when you're looking at your register, you're seeing data from either just the register, or both the register and the app (phone).
On your app, click on the top blue DATE, and you should be able to Customize Report. At the bottom, choose Filter by Device > All Devices.

I didn't notice it until you mentioned.
It must be a change Square made to the app recently. Whether it's a new option or the default was changed.
They really should communicate new features and changes to the app better.
