inventory on godaddy website but no online checkout

Hi i'm trying to convert my tree and plant nursery to square for in-person POS only. However, i current update the availability of my plants online manually and it would be great if I could have my inventory automatically update online when I sell a plant in person. But it looks like i have to offer at least one form of online checkout. Is there a way customers can see if a product is in stock or sold out on my website without a way to buy online?

Hi @vectordragon,

Yes, there should be a two-way inventory sync between your GoDaddy site and Square causing you to not have to manually update your stock online when making a sale offline or visa versa. See the section in this GoDaddy article on GoCentral Online Store and syncing to Square.

You could always consider transferring your domain to Square Online Store/Weebly, which has this syncing feature built-in and when your inventory is at 0, it notifies the customer the product is out of stock.
