New iPad stand not finding printers

I have 3 iPad stands (1st gen) and have all 3 printing to 2 wireless printers without problems,

Today I purchased a new square stand,  now the new stand will not find the wireless printers,  there is a new feature called “Air print” but my printers do not appear,  the other stands are working fine.

I have tried all trouble shooting suggestions,  but they just won’t come up in the list when I choose “air printer”

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry about the frustrating experience here, @Jmgra! Are your printers wifi, or ethernet printers, and which printer models are you connecting to? Please let me know if this is the troubleshooting guide you were following. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
