Why can't I view my transaction on my mobile phone anymore for my square account?

Hi @Savath.  Other than the obvious suggestion to double-check your team permissions to be sure something wasn’t inadvertently change, I can’t think of a reason this should be.  I just went to my phone and brought up all three apps — POS, Retail and Appointments.  I can view transactions in all of them.  So this is not a system-wide issues.  

 

If your permissions are correct, you might try deleting and reinstalling the app that isn’t showing your transactions.  That often corrects problems for which there is no good explanation.  Otherwise, get on the phone with the Customer Success Team here, and see if they can either help you fix it or escalate it to someone who can.

Just wanted to add that I'm also having no trouble seeing transactions. Chip offers some great troubleshooting tips, so I'd start there.
