All of our customers are getting declined on our square terminal. I have made sure the software is updated, and our bank account is setup. We were able to process one payment test, but nothing after that.
Hi @RCook. I’m so sorry to hear about this! This is an issue that you will need to get on the phone with the Customer Success Team. It sounds like there is something wrong with the internals of your account. The CS Team can look at it and escalate your issue to the engineers, if so.
