My Square Touchscreen Terminal has stopped being touch responsive.

My Touchscreen Square Terminal has suddenly stopped working. It was working in the morning and then suddenly it no longer recognized touch. We have hard re-set it multiple times, but to no avail. Anybody else have this problem? If so, did you get it resolved, and how?

Can you take a video of what is happening? I know it's frustrating to be asked to do another thing when things are going wrong, but this will help when I reach out to our Support Team to help troubleshoot.
