Add Payroll Report - Personnel Information Download

Create a report under the payroll reports for Personnel Information that downloads the following for all active employees:

 - Full Name
 - Address
 - Phone
 - Email
 - Hire Date
 - Date of Birth

 - SSN (at least last 4, but also understandable if due to security reasons this cannot be downloaded without some sort of password protection aspect).

This would help with an annual review for full-time vs part-time benefits, length of employment requirements, incentives, annual W-2 accuracy review, etc. The only way to currently get this information is to go into each individual team members' profile and copy it over into another document.
