We just purchased the square register and it doesn't prompt the team to clock in.

Hello @ColonialBarber, thanks for reaching out and flagging this. I understand how frustrating it can be when something isn't where you expect it to be. Let's make sure your device is updated to 6.62. You can confirm your register is up to date through the following:
- Tap ≡ More > Settings > Hardware > General.
- Tap About Square Terminal or About Square Register.
- From this page, you’ll see your software version.
- Tap Check for Update to see if a software update is available.
- If you see Software Up To Date then you are all set.
