I noticed today that there appears to be no "save ticket" button any more. I understand the open ticket function, but doesn't that require that a customer provide a card to charge to?

Me too! It's great when we're busy and we can start piles for customers at the register as they shop. Makes checking them out a bit faster

Hello @Brownbagroaster, the option to save tickets is still showing on my app. What are you seeing on your end? In the app, when you go to More > Settings > Add- Ons > Open tickets is that enabled?
