My Square Register doesn't detect my USB Scale (CAS SW-RS)

I just received a CAS SW-RS scale (the model 20).

I followed instructions to set Ecr type to 5 on the scale, connected the serial to USB cable but on the register, in the hardware setting, nothing shows up under scales.

I restarted everything.

I tested the Serial to USB cable on my PC and everything works fine there (I can get measures from the scale using a serial terminal on my PC).

Anyone managed to make this work?

That should work with a square Regiseter.  I have not played with scale integration so I would advise giving support a call tomorrow and they can help troubleshoot the issue.
