How to use the square register in a drive thru

Has anyone successfully used the square register in a quick service drive thru? The answer used to be using ‘open ticket’ because square did not have any queue ability. Is this still the answer? Have any advances been made to make a functional drive thru system?

Sorry for the misunderstanding - I thought by mentioning we would "make it free" that it would be super obvious it wasn't a "sales" pitch. We just really have had genuine interest in making a drive-thru system that works for Square too, but of course we need a Square Seller with a business to collaborate with, so we know exactly how they want it to work. 

FYI - we had a client who wanted to use our Voice Ordering Technology mixed with the mobile apps we make for Square to do this, but then he started having trouble with his business. 

I do think we have more pieces to make this than any one.
