We recently switched to the free version of square for restaurants on our square register. All is good so far, but the cash transactions when tendered do not print a final receipt and the change flashes on the screen for a second then disappears. Every receipt setting is turned on in the printers section. Is there something I'm missing setting wise?
@Chubbys Have you tried deleting the printer and then re-adding it?
I don't use the square register, but have you tried seeing if you get the same behavior from the POS app or just the restaurants app?
Try setting receipts to manually and see if it gives you the option to tap print receipt.
I would try that first to see if it narrows down the behavoir.
