How di I adjust the sensitivity of the touchscreen on the square register?

There are several steps necessary to purchase an item: first, scan it, add quantity, add to cart, and sometimes, add anyway. And the amount of time it takes to activate the screen, you run the chance of making mistakes or not ringing the item at all. If you scan the next item without checking if the previous item is in the cart, you lose it and have to start over again. When ringing 20/30 items, this process can take a long time. How do I fix this problem?

There are no electrical motors around the front desk that could cause EMF, so we can rule that out.
