How do I get reimbursed by square?

Good evening to the whole community. My account was suspended by Square for three months with an amount of $930. Three months later, I received an email telling me that the suspension had been lifted and that the funds would be transferred to my bank account. It's been a month since I received the funds and when I write to the support I don't have a response. I call the support and the lady tells me that the funds will be transferred in the evening and have been for more than a week. I don't know where to say goodnight to the whole community. Would I have to travel from Ottawa to the offices in Toronto? Please help me.
