Any thoughts on adding vendors through Square POS stand register and new Handheld POS

Hello Square Community!

I was curious if anybody from the Square Community has the same impression/thoughts on not being able to have the ability to add vendors while creating/updating an item from the Square Stand Register and the new Square Handheld POS. I know it can be added through web browser dashboard and through Excel import, but it would be so much more efficient if we could also do it on the register and handheld. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi @BESC2 - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community to share your suggestion regarding adding vendors on your Point of Sale, in addition to Square Dashboard.

Although this feature isn’t currently available with Square, it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business. I’ve shared your feature request with our Product Team, as they are constantly improving our products based on feedback like this.
