Variable fractional time based services

We are operating a moving service, 1 important feature that seems to be lacking is the ability to set hourly rates and then charge for the actual service duration in 15 min increments such as 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1

eg. a rate of $250 an hour X 3.25 hrs = $812.50

Currently it appears, we can just do the math ourselves and manually input, or send an invoice. However this is not an experience we desire to provide our customers or staff.

It would be much smoother and efficient to have this built in to the POS so:

1: staff can easily calculate appropriate charges 

2: customers can see their charges in an easy to understand standard format

3: human error in calculations is mitigated

4: we as a company ensure a uniform checkout process that is smooth, pain free  and presented in the exact way we want our brand to be known. 

There are a few other features that would combine with this to solve for our business needs, but we can create other threads for those. However, variable, fractional time based services are the foundational feature needed most by us and many many others in the community.
