I installed the Square POS app on my new phone two days ago. We have square for restaurants. Now when I go into my app I can no longer go into Tickets and see the open Tabs, this is not cool as I use that to ensure items are being rang in correctly as well as see how busy we are while I am at work. I called and was informed with the "New Update" that you can no longer see the open tabs unless you are on the Device that created them. This is BS, Square should be doing updates to make our life easier not harder as business owners. Why on earth can I no longer see open tabs, I am the owner and need to see this information when not on site. Please change this back, all the new updates seem to be more clicking to get information that is needed, you need to speak to people that use the system daily before just updating.
The ability to view open tabs remotely (especially as an owner keeping tabs on operations) is crucial, not a “nice to have.”
