Hello,
I offer pickup and shipping options in my online store. When you land on the store page, a pop up window comes up and you are asked to select you pickup location (default) or shipping. If you scroll down to see the pick up option, it says my business is closed. My business is not closed! I have tried updating my hours to 12am-11:59PM and the online store still says business is closed. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

That definitely does sound odd alright. Would you mind providing a link to your website so I can see how it's displayed on my end? And could you specify what your business opening hours are? I'll be better able to pinpoint where the issue is coming from with this information.

I fulfill orders every Monday and Thursday from 3-6:30 pm. During those times, the popup says nothing about my business being closed. As I mentioned above, I recently changed my hours to be from 12am-11:59pm 7 days a week to try and alleviate the "business is closed" message, but it hasn't helped.
It would be great if the popup said nothing at all outside of fulfillment hours, or mentioned when the next fulfillment window would be. I am losing business over the "business is closed" message because my customers are confused.
