Tag or Categorize Stories

I'd like a way to tag stories with categories and key words and then sort by this.  Like my products are sorted into categories.  

Is there a way to organize stories?

 The first picture is my current blog/stories section on Weebly.  

In the second picture, you can see how on my old blog I could categorize stories/blogs so they were easier to sort and organize on the site into categories. 

The picture below is my old site for reference.  

Basically, I'd like to categorize and sort my blogs/stories the same way I can my products for sale. Skincare, Selfcare, Cleansers, Books, etc.

We appreciate you being so patient while we took a closer look into this for you. At this time, we don’t have a way to add tags to blog stories. You can dd categories for tags as a workaround.

To add a category to a blog post; click on your blog post to edit it, then in the bottom-left, go to "Post Options>Categories" and add a new blog category.

I tried to add the category as you described but I don't see the "Post Options>Categories".  Here is what I see.
