Subscription Error "There Was An Error. Please Try Again"

I pay to be able to offer subscriptions on my website, however anytime someone tries to start one by choosing the item from my menu and selecting the frequency, they receive an error at the top that says "there was an error. please try again.". I have removed the subscription, rebuild it, removed discounts, added discounts, removed items, added items... Nothing I try makes this work. It's been going on for at least a month now. Has anyone been able to fix this? Square gave me a pretty basic response and none of them worked.

What square recommended and did not work:

1. Ensure the item is marked as subscribable only as a subscription on the Square Online Overview page - not quite sure what they meant here but all items are showing subscribable under the plan I created and individually.
2. If the item is hidden, share the checkout link with customers to allow them to subscribe - not hidden.
3. Create a subscription plan in Square Dashboard and assign the item to the plan - Done this.
4. Make sure to add frequency options and any discounts for the subscription plan - Done.
5. After setting up the subscription plan, customers should be able to manage their subscriptions through their customer account on your Square Online site - Still not working.

I was able to resolve by confirming my shipping address was valid. For some reason it was marked as invalid.
