I pay to be able to offer subscriptions on my website, however anytime someone tries to start one by choosing the item from my menu and selecting the frequency, they receive an error at the top that says "there was an error. please try again.". I have removed the subscription, rebuild it, removed discounts, added discounts, removed items, added items... Nothing I try makes this work. It's been going on for at least a month now. Has anyone been able to fix this? Square gave me a pretty basic response and none of them worked.
