Service Charge Setup for Online

Trying to setup service charges on square online pickup orders. I have "item level" taxes on as instructed but the service charge option remains greyed out.

Thank you for your patience.

The settings shown in the second screenshot pertain to your unpublished site. To configure item-level taxes, please navigate to the Square Online Sales Taxes Settings page, click the site switcher in the top left corner, select the correct site, and then enable item-level taxes for that site.

Hi, I can't find what you're talking about. When I go to Square Online, the taxes settings takes me back to the Dashboard, where I already have all of my taxes set up. It keeps saying item-level taxes aren't applied and my tax settings won't allow charges to be applied. I can't even find those three radio buttons that the OP posted. I'm very confused and need help setting up a service charge for online shipping orders.
