When you look at the item in your Square Online overview page, what fulfillment methods are enabled?
You'll also need to make sure that the purpose of the link is Sell item instead of something else (like Accept Donation).
As long as you've ensured that Shipping is selected as a fulfillment method, your customers should see this at checkout:
