Shipping Policy not appearing

My shipping policy doesn't seem to be appearing on checkout... any idea why this might be? or where it is meant to display?

For some reason, I'm also not seeing my policies appear on the individual item pages, which is where they used to appear.

Oh- I did only set them up tonight if that helps with anything!
