This is such a weird one - if a customer clicks an online checkout link to pay and they're on wifi, they get "This page isn't available. The link that you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."
The fix is to use cellular data on the customer's phone instead, then the link shows properly.
I've tried on both Telstra and Dodo wifi, neither will allow the checkout link to work!
Anyone have an idea of what this weirdness might be?
Sounds a little wierd, and may be DNS related perhaps?
When you say wifi, are you referring to anyone's wifi, or at your location specifically.
